Herbie Blash (nama aslinya Michael Blash) (lahir 13 September 1948) adalah seorang mantan mekanik Formula 1 asal Inggris. Saat ini ia bekerja di FIA World Council sebagai wakil race director FIA bersama rekannya, Charlie Whiting.
Herbie memulai karier pada tahun 1965 saat ia bergabung dengan RRC Walker Racing Team, dan menjalankan Brabham untuk Jo Stiffert dan Jo Bonnier. Selanjutnya di 1968 ia menjadi mekanik Graham Hill dan Jochen Rindt di tim Lotus.
Pada 1971 ia pindah ke tim Politoys milik Frank Williams, selang setahun ia diajak oleh Bernie Ecclestone untuk bergabung di tim F1 Brabham. Prestasi terbesarnya adalah saat mengantar Nelson Piquet menjadi juara dunia 1983 dengan mesin BMW.
Pada 1987 ia beralih profesi menjadi penyiar TV dengan bergabung di FOCA TV milik Ecclestone. Kemudian 1989 ia kembali ke Brabham dan menjadi sporting director tim tersebut sebelum akhirnya pindah ke Yamaha yang bekerjasama dengan Jordan GP dan Tyrrell.
Mulai 1995 hingga saat ini, Herbie Blash resmi menjadi wakil race director FIA mendampingi Charlie Whiting.
