Kalong okinawa (Pteropus loochoensis) adalah sebuah spesies kalong dalam genus Pteropus. Hewan ini kemungkinan endemik ke Jepang. Sebelumnya, spesies ini dianggap punah oleh IUCN, tetapi, karena kedua spesimennya yang diketahui tidak menentu secara taksonomis dan tidak diketahui sumbernya, statusnya diubah menjadi "Kurang Data". Beberapa menjadikan hewan ini sebagai sinonim dari Pteropus mariannus.[3][4] Beberapa men-sinonimkan hewan ini dengan dua spesimen yang ada di British Natural History Museum, dengan keberadaan yang ketiga tidak diketahui, Dua dari spesimennya diyakini berasal dari Asia Tenggara, Sehingga, sebaran sejati kalong okinawa tidak diketahui.[5]
