Kaštiliašu III, tertulis dalam aksara paku sebagai mKaš-til-ia-šu, adalah raja Babel dari Dinasti Kass yang konon memerintah pada sekitar abad ke-XV SM (Kronologi Pendek). Dia dikenal terutama oleh daftar kerajaan kota ini,[i 2] tidak ada peristiwa yang berhubungan dengannya,[i 3] hanya disebutkan dalam Tarikh Raja-raja Awal bahwa dia adalah saudara Ulamburiash.[i 1][2]
