Kebun Botani Missouri adalah sebuah kebun botani yang terletak bada Jalan Raya Shaw 4344 di St. Louis, Missouri. Secara informal tempat ini juga dikenal dengan Taman Shaw, setelah pemiliknya, seorang dermawan Henry Shaw. Herbariumnya, dengan lebih dari 6.6 juta spesimen,[3] menjadi yang kedua terbesar di Amerika Utara, setelah Taman Botani New York.
