Kei Horie (堀江 慶, Horie Kei, lahir 4 Oktober 1978) adalah seorang aktor, penulis dan sutradara asal Jepang. Dia dikenal dengan peran-perannya dalam serial tokusatsu dan drama: sebagai "Gaku Washio / GaoYellow" dalam serial Super Sentai Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger, dan sebagai "Kyoichi Ozaki" dalam Ai no Sorea.
