Shuhei Izumi (和泉 宗兵, Izumi Shūhei), terlahir sebagai Tomohide Koizumi (小泉 朋英, Koizumi Tomohide), (lahir 11 Oktober 1977)[1] adalah seorang aktor asal Jepang. Ia mulai berkarier di dunia artis sejak tahun 2000, dan ia dikenal dengan peran-perannya dalam serial tokusatsu dan drama: sebagai "Domon / TimeYellow" dalam serial Super Sentai Mirai Sentai Timeranger. Ia juga sering memainkan peran-peran kecil dalam iklan televisi dan teater musikal.

Shuhei Izumi sekarang berada di bawah manajemen artis Sai Production.
