Kontosouvli

Kontosouvli adalah makanan tradisional Yunani yang terbuat dari potongan besar daging babi. Daging tersebut direndam dalam aneka bumbu seperti bawang putih, oregano, timi, rosemary, paprika, minyak zaitun, perasan jeruk lemon, hingga anggur merah. Setelah itu, daging ditusuk dan dipanggang di atas api terbuka, sehingga menghasilkan kulit renyah dengan bagian dalam lembut serta berair. Olahan tersebut disajikan dalam irisan tebal bersama roti pita, saus tzatziki, dan salad horiatiki.[1]
