Akar dandelion yang telah digaringkan

Kopi dandelion adalah minuman pengganti kopi yang terbuat dari akar dandelion yang digaringkan dan diseduh sehingga menghasilkan minuman yang memiliki rasa dan penampilan yang sama dengan kopi.[1] Dandelion yang dipanen merupakan dandelion dari genus Taracaxum, yang telah berusia tua (3-4 tahun) dengan diameter akar 13 mm.

Kopi dandelion dipercaya memiliki manfaat bagi kesehatan hati[2] dan sebagai laksatif.[3] Kopi dandelion juga kemungkinan memiliki potensi sebagai obat kanker.[4]
