Learjet 28 adalah jet bisnis Amerika delapan sampai sepuluh kursi (dua awak dan enam sampai delapan penumpang), twin-mesin, kecepatan tinggi, dimaksudkan untuk menjadi penerus Learjet 25.
Learjet 29 adalah identik kecuali untuk penambahan tangki bahan bakar jangka panjang, yang mengakibatkan penurunan kapasitas untuk enam (dua awak dan empat penumpang). Keduanya diproduksi oleh Learjet dan dipasarkan dengan nama Longhorn.
