Lee Wing-tat (Hanzi tradisional: 李永達; lahir 25 Desember 1955) adalah seorang anggota Dewan Legislatif Hong Kong (LegCo), yang terpilih sebagai perwakilan dapil New Territories West. Ia adalah Ketua Partai Demokrat ketiga. Ia dipandang sebagai seorang konservatif di dalam partai tersebut.
