Li Kenong (Hanzi: 李克农; 1899–1962) adalah seorang jenderal dan politikus Tiongkok, salah satu pencipta sistem aparat keamanan dan intelijen untuk Partai Komunis Tiongkok dan Tentara Pembebasan Rakyat (TPR). Khususnya ketika ia menjabat sebagai Direktur Kementerian Keamanan Negara di Departemen Investigasi Pusat, Wakil Kepala Departemen Staf Umum TPR dan Wakil Menteri di Kementerian Luar Negeri Republik Rakyat Tiongkok.[1] dan ia dianugerahi pangkat jenderal pada tahun 1955.
Li menderita stroke yang membuatnya tidak berdaya pada Oktober 1959. Setelah itu Li tidak pernah lagi terlihat di depan umum, kecuali sekali pada tahun 1960. Li Kenong meninggal pada 9 Februari 1962.
