Li Lanjuan (Hanzi: 李兰娟; lahir 13 September 1947), juga diromanisasikan menjadi Lan-Juan Li, adalah seorang epidemiologis dan hepatologis Tiongkok. Ia adalah profesor di Sekolah Kedokteran Universitas Zhejiang, akademisi Akademi Teknik Tiongkok, dan menjabat sebagai direktur Laboratorium Penting Negara untuk Diagnosis dan Pengobatan Penyakit Menular. Ia mengembangkan Li-NBAL, sebuah sistem pendukung hati buatan yang dipakai untuk menyelamatkan nyawa orang yang terjangkit gagal hati akut, dan memenangkan berbagai penghargaan nasional atas jasanya dalam menangani epidemi SARS, H1N1, dan H7N9.
