Limeum adalah genus dari tumbuhan berbunga. Genus ini mencakup 25 spesies.

Genus Limeum secara tradisional diakui termasuk dalam famili Molluginaceae, tetapi kini diperlakukan sebagai satu-satunya genus dalam famili monotipe Limeaceae. Famili ini baru diakui melalui penelitian oleh sistem Angiosperm Phylogeny Group III untuk menangani kesulitan filogenetik yang sudah lama ada dalam menempatkan berbagai genus di dalam ordo Caryophyllales.[3][4] Limeum terdiri dari spesies semak kerdil dan herba yang berasal dari Afrika tropis, Afrika timur, Afrika selatan, dan Asia Selatan.[1] Sebelumnya, genus Macarthuria dari Australia juga ditempatkan di sini, namun kini ditemukan termasuk dalam famili Macarthuriaceae.[5]
