Luca Ghini (1490-4 Mei 1566) adalah seorang fisikawan dan ahli botani berkebangsaan Italia. Ghini lahir di Imola dan mempelajari pengobatan di Universitas Bologna. Ia memublikasikan herbarium yang pertama pada tahun 1544. Pada tahun yang sama, ia membangun kebun raya Pisa.
