Martha Wright Griffiths (29 Januari 1912 – 22 April 2003) adalah seorang hakim, pengacara dan politikus asal Amerika Serikat. Pada tahun 1954, ia terpilih sebagai anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Amerika Serikat. Griffiths adalah wanita pertama yang menjabat dalam House Committee on Ways and Means dan wanita pertama yang terpilih dalam Kongres Amerika Serikat dari Michigan sebagai anggota Partai Demokrat.
