Mayariochloa adalah genus tumbuhan Kuba dalam suku rumput-rumputan.[2][3] Satu-satunya spesies yang diketahui adalah Mayariochloa amphistemon, yang berasal dari wilayah tengah dan timur Kuba.[1]
Daunnya sebagian besar berbentuk basal.[4]
