Santa Melania Tua, bahasa Latin: Sancta Melania Maior (lahir di Spanyol, skt. 350[1] dan meninggal di Yerusalem sebelum 410[1][2] atau skt. 417[3]) merupakan seorang Ibu Gurun yang merupakan tokoh berpengaruh dalam gerakan asketis Kristen (Bapa dan Ibu Gurun) yang muncul pada generasi setelah Kaisar Konstantinus menjadikan agama Kristen sebagai agama resmi Kekaisaran Romawi. Dia dianggap sebagai santa dan hari rayanya dilangsungkan pada 8 Juni.
