Momiji manjū

Momiji manjū adalah sejenis wagashi[1] yang dipanggang. Makanan manis ini berupa kue beras dan gandum yang dibentuk menyerupai daun maple Jepang, dan merupakan makanan khas setempat di Pulau Itsukushima (Miyajima) di Hiroshima.[2] Makanan ini biasanya diisi dengan pasta kacang merah.[2][3]
