Norilsk Nickel (bahasa Rusia: ГМК «Норильский никель»[3]), atau Nornickel,[4] adalah perusahaan pertambangan dan peleburan nikel dan paladium Rusia. Operasi terbesarnya terletak di daerah Norilsk–Talnakh dekat Sungai Yenisei di utara Siberia. Ia juga memiliki kepemilikan di Nikel, Zapolyarny, dan Monchegorsk di Semenanjung Kola, di Harjavalta di Finlandia barat, dan di Afrika Selatan.
