Num kreab (bahasa Khmer: នំក្រៀប) adalah kerupuk beras tipis, rata, dan berbentuk bulat Khmer yang dijual sebagai jajanan jalanan di Kamboja.
Sejarah
Tidak seperti num ansorm, yang dibuat untuk perayaan Tahun Baru Kamboja, num krieb tidak disiapkan untuk acara khusus apa pun.[1] Num krieb sering dibuat dari nasi sisa,[2] seringkali dibuat oleh petani miskin yang menjualnya untuk mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan.[3]
