Oei Tjong Tjay

Ini adalah nama Tionghoa; marganya adalah Oei.

Oei Tjong Tjay adalah pemimpin Kian-gwan Kongsi di Belanda. Ia adalah putra bungsu dari pasangan Oei Tiong Ham dan istri ketujuhnya Ho Kiem Hoa Nio (atau Lucy Ho). Oei Tjong Tjay meraih pendidikan dasar di Belanda, dan pendidikan menengah dan universitas di Swiss. Ia kemudian datang di Amerika Serikat untuk belajar ekonomi. Ia kembali ke Indonesia pada 1948, dan menggantikan kakak tirinya Oei Tjong Hauw yang wafat pada Januari 1950. Ia meninggalkan Indonesia pada akhir 1957, tetapi masih menjadi kepala badan direktur sampai 1961 saat pemerintah Indonesia mengambil alih perusahaan Oei Tiong Ham. Ia sekarang menetap di Swiss.[1]
