PLTA Asahan I

Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Air Asahan I atau PLTA Asahan I adalah pembangkit listrik yang terletak di hulu Sungai Asahan, Kabupaten Toba Samosir, Sumatera Utara. PLTA Asahan I ini merupakan pembangkit listrik pertama dengan menggunakan konsep perancangan eksploitasi tiga pembangkit listrik di sektor sungai tersebut.

PLTA Asahan I mulai beroperasi pada tahun 2011 dan berkapasitas total 180 MW (2 × 90 MW). Total dana pembangunan PLTA ini mencapai US$310 juta .[1]
