PP-19 Bizon ("Bison") adalah pistol mitraliur (sub machinegun) kaliber 9 x 18 mm Makarov (9mm) yang dikembangkan pada awal 1990an oleh Victor Kalashnikov (anak dari perancang AK-47 Mikhail Kalashnikov)[1][2] dan Alexi Dragunov, anak termuda dari Evgeny Dragunov (perancang senapan runduk SVD Dragunov).[2][3]
