Pilokarpin adalah obat yang digunakan untuk mengobati glaukoma atau hipertensi okular. Pilokarpin juga digunakan untuk mengobati miosis. Pilokarpin digunakan dalam pencegahan tekanan intraokular tinggi setelah operasi laser.[4]
