Priene (bahasa Yunani kuno: Πριήνη, Priēnē) adalah negara Yunani kuno di Ionia dan merupakan anggota Liga Delos. Priene terletak di dasar lereng Mykele, sekitar 6 kilometer (4 mi) sebelah utara sungai Maiandros (kini disebut sungai Büyük Menderes atau "Meandros Besar"), 67 kilometer (42 mi) dari Aydin modern, 15 kilometer (9 mi) dari Söke modern dan 25 kilometer (16 mi) dari Miletos kuno.
