Protestanisme di Jepang merupakan minoritas agama sekitar 0,4% dari total populasi atau 509.668 orang jumlahnya (lihat Protestanisme menurut negara).
Semua denominasi Protestan tradisional utama hadir di negara ini, termasuk Baptis, Pentakosta, Lutheran, Anglikanisme,[1] Metodis, Presbiterian,[2] Menonit,[3] Bala Keselamatan dan beberapa lainnya.
