Pulau Kei Besar (bahasa Kei: Nuhu Yuut atau Nusteen) adalah salah satu pulau di Kepulauan Kei, bagian dari gugusan Kepulauan Maluku, Indonesia. Luasnya mencapai 550 km (340 mil). Pulau besar lainnya di Kepulauan Kei adalah Pulau Kei Kecil (bahasa Kei: Nuhu Roa atau Nusyanat). Ujung utara pulau ini disebut Tanjung Borang, dan ujung selatannya disebut Tanjung Weduar.[1]
