Pulau Tolping merupakan salah satu pulau yang berada di Kabupaten Samosir. Pulau ini terletak di Kecamatan Simanindo Pulau Sumatra. Pulau ini terletak di tengah Danau Toba.
Secara administrasi, Pulau Tolping masuk ke dalam wilayah Kecamatan Simanindo, Kabupaten Samosir, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia.
Berdasarkan hasil survey toponim pulau tahun 2006, pulau ini bernama Pulau Sangkal. Dari hasil verifikasi Tim Nasional Pembakuan Nama Rupa bumi tahun 2007 pulau ini diberi nama Pulau Tolping.
Pantai pada Pulau Tolping memiliki pantai berpasir putih. Umumnya ditumbuhi vegetasi yang lebat seperti pohon kelapa dan semak belukar. belum tersedia sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia pada pulau Tolping ini sebagai tempat beristirahat bagi nelayan ketika mencari ikan. Pulau Tolping termasuk salah satu pulau yang indah.
Pulau Tolping tercatat sebagai salah satu pulau yang tidak berpenduduk.
