Rudi Pranoto (lahir 27 September 1964) adalah seorang Purnawirawan Polri yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Widyaiswara Utama Sespim Lemdiklat Polri.
Rudi, lulusan Akpol 1987 ini berpengalaman dalam bidang intel. Jabatan terakhir jenderal bintang dua ini adalah Wakil Kepala Kepolisian Daerah Riau.[1]
