Salad Jawa
Salad Tradisional Jawa adalah salad tradisional khas yang berasal dari Suku Jawa yang di Pulau Jawa, kecuali Jawa Barat yang mempunyai kekhasan khusus sebagai Salad tradisional Sunda. Salad Jawa tersedia di Warung-warung pinggir jalan. Salad Tradisional Jawa menjadi salad internasional dan menjadi salad khas Indonesia yang tidak terpengaruh oleh masakan Tionghoa, masakan India, atau masakan Arab. Pecel[1] merupakan salad tradisional Jawa yang paling populer di seluruh Indonesia.
