Selai coklat adalah sebuah pasta rasa coklat yang sebagian besar dijadikan olesan roti pada roti tawar dan roti bakar atau pastri serupa seperti waffle, panekuk, muffin, dan pita.
Meskipun selai tersebut memiliki rasa, aroma, dan penampakan seperti coklat, namun selai tersebut tidaklah murni. Pasta tersebut biasanya mengandung kokoa dan minyak sayur dan/atau minyak kelapa, dan juga dapat mengandung susu, gula dan perasa tambahan.[1] Dari masa ke masa, selai tersebut juga meliputi kacang dan madu. Selai coklat biasanya dijual dalam toples kaca atau kemasan plastik.
