Sindrom XXXY
Sindrom XXXY merupakan jenis sindrom Klinefelter dengan kondisi ditemukan 2 kromosom tambahan. Kromosom tambahan ini menghambat perkembangan seksual pada pria dan mengakibatkan beragam gejala. Gejala dengan kondisi ini cenderung lebih berat, misalnya perubahan tampilan muka, kecacatan pemikiran yang lebih berat, gangguan koordinasi, pertumbuhan tulang yang bentuknya abnormal dan gangguan komunikasi yang berat.[1] Para penderita Sindrom XXXY memiliki genotipe XXXY dengan kariotipe 48, XXXY dan fenotipe laki-laki.[2]
