Sitokrom P450 BM3 adalah enzim Sitokrom P450 prokariota yang berasal dari Bacillus megaterium yang mengatalisis hidroksilasi beberapa asam lemak rantai panjang pada posisi ω–1 hingga ω–3. Enzim bakteri ini termasuk dalam famili CYP CYP102, dengan Simbol CYP CYP102A1. Famili CYP ini merupakan fusi alami antara domain CYP dan sitokrom P450 reduktase yang bergantung pada NADPH.[1][2]
