Sohnsia adalah genus tumbuhan dalam suku rumput-rumputan (Poaceae).[2][3] Satu-satunya spesies yang diketahui adalah Sohnsia filifolia, yang merupakan tanaman asli dari negara bagian San Luis Potosí dan Querétaro di Meksiko timur laut.[1][4][5] Tanaman ini bersifat dioecious (berumah dua), dengan jumlah kromosom 2n = 20.[6]
