Solyanka (Rusia: соля́нка; [sɐˈlʲankə]) adalah sebuah sup Rusia[1][2] kental asam-pedas yang umum di Rusia dan negara-negara lain dari bekas Uni Soviet dan bagian-bagian tertentu dari bekas Blok Timur. Makanan tersebut adalah salah satu hidangan paling populer di bekas Jerman Timur (bahasa Jerman: Soljanka(-Suppe)).
