Spreča adalah nama sungai di timur laut Bosnia dan Herzegovina. Sungai ini berhulu di desa Snagovo di kotamadya Zvornik dan bermuara di Sungai Bosna di kota Doboj. Bendungan Sungai Spreča di kotamadya Lukavac membentuk Waduk Modrac. Sungai sepanjang 138.8 kilometer (86.2 mil) ini juga melintasi kota Gračanica.[2]
