Sejarah
Stasiun Oboro dibuka pada tanggal 1 Desember 1917. Dengan privatisasi Kereta Api Nasional Jepang (JNR) pada 1 April 1987, stasiun ini berada di bawah kendali JR Hokkaido.[1]
