Sejarah
Stasiun Otanoshike dibuka pada tanggal 20 Juli 1901. Dengan privatisasi Kereta Api Nasional Jepang (JNR) pada 1 April 1987, stasiun ini berada di bawah kendali JR Hokkaido.[1]
