Stauntonia maculata[1] adalah tumbuhan dalam keluarga Lardizabalaceae. Wilayah asli spesies ini adalah Tiongkok (Guangdong, Fujian). Tumbuhan ini merupakan pemanjat dan tumbuh terutama di bioma subtropis, pada ketinggian 600 hingga 1.000 meter di atas permukaan laut. Tumbuhan ini sebagian besar ditemukan di hutan terbuka di daerah pegunungan atau di tempat-tempat cerah di samping aliran sungai di lembah.[2][3]
Nama maculata merujuk pada bintik-bintik pada daunnya.
