Sudi Prihatin (lahir 1964) adalah seorang Purnawirawan TNI-AD yang terakhir menjabat sebagai Inspektur Akademi Militer.
Sudi, merupakan lulusan Akmil tahun 1988 ini dari kecabangan Infanteri. Jabatan terakhir jenderal bintang satu ini adalah Irter Itum Itjenad.[1]
