Suku Cayuga (Cayuga: Guyohkohnyo atau Gayogohó:no’, lit. "People of the Great Swamp") adalah satu dari lima konstituen pertama Haudenosaunee (Iroquois), sebuah konfederasi Indian Amerika di New York. Tanah suku Cayuga berada di kawasan Finger Lakes di pinggiran Danau Cayuga, antara sesama anggota liga mereka, Onondaga di sebelah timur dan Seneca di sebelah barat. Saat ini, suku Cayuga adalah bagian dari Six Nations of the Grand River First Nation di Ontario, Cayuga Nation of New York, dan Seneca-Cayuga Tribe of Oklahoma.
