Lot, diucapkan [lɔt], awalnya disebut Olt (bahasa Oksitan: Òlt; bahasa Latin: Oltis), adalah sebuah sungai yang terletak di Prancis. Sungai ini merupakan anak Sungai Garonne. Sungai ini mengalir dari pegunungan Cévennes ke barat melalui Quercy, dan kemudian sungai ini bermuara di sungai Garonne di dekat Aiguillon. Panjang sungai ini adalah 481 km.
Sungai ini dapat menyebabkan banjir pada musim dingin dan semi. Di daerah hulunya, terdapat banyak bendungan, khususnya di kawasan Truyère, dan bendungan-bendungan ini menghasilkan listrik.
Sungai Lot mengalir melalui departemen dan kota berikut: Lozère (Mende), Cantal, Aveyron (Entraygues-sur-Truyère, Flagnac, Capdenac-Gare), Lot (Cahors) dan Lot-et-Garonne (Villeneuve-sur-Lot, Aiguillon).
