Sungai Merbok adalah sebuah sungai yang terletak di Kedah, Malaysia. Ia merupakan sungai yang terkenal dalam sejarah Candi Lembah Bujang. Menurut buku Sejarah Kedah oleh Haji Buyong Adil (DBP, KL, 1980) nama asal Sungai Merbok adalah Sungai Babur.
