Sungai Sisili adalah salah satu sungai utama di barat laut Ghana, bersama dengan Sungai Volta Hitam dan Sungai Kulpawn. Secara historis, daerah Nakong di Sungai Sisili, di sisi timur, telah menjadi sasaran serangan budak Zabarima yang dipimpin oleh Gazare dan Babatu".[1]
