Indochina Prancis (sebelumnya dieja sebagai Indo-China Prancis), secara resmi dikenal sebagai Uni Indochina dan setelah tahun 1941 sebagai Federasi Indochina, adalah sekelompok wilayah dependensi Prancis di Asia Tenggara dari tahun 1887 hingga 1954. Awalnya merupakan federasi koloni Prancis (1887–1949), kemudian menjadi konfederasi negara-negara yang berafiliasi dengan Prancis (1949–1954).[3][1] Wilayah ini meliputi Kamboja, Laos (sejak 1899), Guangzhouwan (1898–1945), Cochinchina, dan wilayah Tonkin dan Annam di Vietnam. Wilayah ini didirikan pada tahun 1887 dan dibubarkan pada tahun 1954. Pada tahun 1949, Vietnam bersatu kembali dan mendapatkan kembali Cochinchina. Ibu kotanya adalah Hanoi (1902–1945) dan Saigon (1887–1902, 1945–1954).
