Milan (bahasa Italia: Provincia di Milano) adalah sebuah provinsi di regione Lombardia di Italia. Ibu kotanya berada di kota Milan.

Luasnya adalah 1.984 km², dan populasinya sebesar 3.707.210 (2001). Ada 189 komune di provinsi ini (sumber: Istat, lihat pranala ini Diarsipkan 2007-08-07 di Wayback Machine.).

Provinsi baru bernama provinsi Monza e Brianza sedang diciptakan dari provinsi Milan. Provinsi baru ini (ibu kota Monza) mempunyai luas sebesar 363 km², 50 komune, dan sekitar 740.000 penduduk.
