Provinsi Perugia (bahasa Italia: Provincia di Perugia) adalah provinsi yang terletak di region Umbria di Italia, meliputi 2/3 wilayah dan populasi region tersebut. Ibu kota provinsi ini adalah Perugia. Provinsi ini meliputi seluruh Umbria hingga tahun 1927, ketika provinsi Terni dibentuk.
Provinsi Perugia meliputi wilayah seluas 6.334 km², dan jumlah penduduk sebesar 606.413 jiwa (2001). Terdapat 59 komune (bahasa Italia: comuni) di provinsi ini.[1]
