Robert Patrick Mulligan (23 Agustus 1925 – 20 Desember 2008) adalah seorang sutradara film dan televisi asal Amerika yang dikenal sebagai sutradara drama-drama Amerika humanistik, yang meliputi To Kill a Mockingbird (1962), Summer of '42 (1971), The Other (1972), Same Time, Next Year (1978) dan The Man in the Moon (1991). Pada 1960an, ia juga dikenal karena berkolaborasi ekstensif dengan produser Alan J. Pakula. Ia adalah kakak dari pemeran Richard Mulligan.
