Nymphoides indica adalah tanaman air di Menyanthaceae asli daerah tropis di seluruh dunia.[1] Kadang-kadang dibudidayakan, dan telah menjadi gulma kecil di Florida, di mana ia mirip dengan tanaman asli Nymphoides aquatica .[2] Nama umum termasuk bunga tetepok[3] (dalam bahasa Bengali: চাঁদমালা (Chandmala)).

Keterangan

Nymphoides indica menyebar dengan rimpang, membentuk kelompok daun, dengan bunga putih berkelompok sekitar 1 cm di seberang. Bunganya terkadang digambarkan memiliki lima kelopak,[4] tetapi bisa memiliki lebih banyak.
