Brigjen. Pol. (Purn.) Drs. Tjiptono, M.M.[1] (lahir Maret 1957) adalah seorang Purnawirawan Polri yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Dirprog Pascasarjana STIK Lemdikpol.
Tjiptono yang merupakan lulusan terbaik Akpol 1980 ini berpengalaman dalam bidang pendidikan. Jabatan terakhir jenderal bintang satu ini adalah Waket Bidminwa STIK Lemdikpol.
